In 2010, USA Today featured Ontario County and the Finger Lakes as a great place to own a second home and the Finger Lakes was also featured on as the “No. 1 Top Lakeside Retreat” in the country, as well as one of the “10 value destinations” for 2011. The area was also named the “Most Beautiful Wine Region in the World” by Budget Travel.
