You can make an appointment by calling (585) 396-1800 or (315) 781-1966, via email at JailVisits@co.ontario.ny.us. or in person at the jail lobby at:

Visit days are Saturday and Sunday. You may call any day between 8am and 9pm to schedule a visit. Please note: While listening to our Automated Information System there may be pauses in the information. You have NOT been disconnected!

Email requests must include the following information;
1. Your full name
2. The inmate's name
3. The date and time you are requesting to visit
4. A telephone number and email address to confirm or deny your request.
