NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the County of Ontario will receive Proposals for Indirect Cost Allocation Services (R23074). Such proposals must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, on or before 4:00 PM prevailing time, October 5, 2023.
Scope of Services:
Ontario County seeks the services of a qualified firm to identify and allocate direct and indirect costs to various departmental entities. This allocation requires the ability to (1) isolate costs incurred by one department and charged to another, and (2) identify departmental costs incurred in the process of providing administrative functions to federal and state assisted programs.
Ontario County needs to be provided with a Central Services Cost Allocation Plan that complies with 2 CFR Part 225 (formerly OMB Circular A-87). The report will provide allocations of all central services departments to other county departments that utilize central services. Along with the report, the firm awarded the contract will need to be available to present the results to the Ontario County Budget Committee, if requested.
