We need new insurance certificates each year. NO PERMIT WILL BE ISSUES WITHOUT CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE. Once package is complete, including insurances and check, your permit will be process. Any partial package will be returned.
The annual fee of $100.00 is charged when one or more vehicles are being used by the same company or hauler. A separate permit letter can be prepared for each vehicle used by the company or hauler.
$50.00 is charged for a one time permit.
Please make checks payable to "Ontario County Treasurer". Required materials/documents can be delivered directly to our office - 2962 County Road 48, Canandaigua NY, 14424 - or they can be mailed to our office (attn: Donna Tiffany) at the aforementioned address.
