We need new insurance certificates each year. NO PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE. Once package is complete, including insurances and check, your permit will be processed. Any partial package will be returned.
The fee for each permit is $115.00 with a one time annual fee of $10.00 (example: 3 trucks @ $115.00 each = $345.00 + $10.00 = $355.00). Please make checks payable to "Ontario County Treasurer."
